Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's support for withdrawals. Where this is not possible, 86ph will contact the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, the server-side game log recorded by the game provider constitutes the authoritative record. Upon closure of an account for cause, 86ph may retain any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance pending investigation and resolution of the circumstances leading to closure. 86ph shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond 86ph's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to the 86ph platform is governed by the 86ph Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account with 86ph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service provision. The 86ph Privacy Policy complies with the Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines — and applicable implementing rules and regulations.
86ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 86ph will notify registered players via the contact details on file (SMS to registered mobile number and/or notification on platform login) with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendments take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
